About Me

I live in Newcastle, Australia. I have ridden bikes on and off since I was about 6. So that’s 25 years by my reckoning.

I was getting some nice form in 2010 with a decent ride at the Solo Nationals, then a great DirtWorks 100, and promising club results on the road, dirt and track. However, things went south when I went north for work, and now it’s time to get back into it.

I work as a doctor, and this year I have to pass my Primary Exam in Pharmacology so that I can keep this Anaesthetics training program going (and keep paying the bills). So amongst all the riding, there will be some (read: lots) of work – days, nights, weekends.

What follows will be a chronology of my wins and losses. Read on.
